Welcome to ChipXpert ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://chipxpert.us and the training services we provide. By using this site, enrolling in a course, or interacting with us, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Definitions

"ChipXpert" refers to ChipXpert VLSI Training Institute, with branches in Bangalore (Bellandur) and Hyderabad (Madhapur), India.
"Student" or "you" means any individual who registers for, enquires about, or enrolls in a ChipXpert course or programme.
"Course" means any classroom, online, hybrid, internship, or mentorship programme offered by ChipXpert.

2. Course Enrollment & Eligibility

Enrollment is confirmed only after the applicable course fees (or the agreed first instalment) have been received and an enrolment confirmation has been issued by ChipXpert. ChipXpert reserves the right to verify a student's educational background and to refuse or cancel enrolment if information provided is found to be false or incomplete.

3. Course Fees, Payment & Taxes

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Accepted payment methods are listed on the Payment page. Where instalment plans are offered, missed instalments may result in suspension of access to course materials, labs, and live sessions until the dues are cleared.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are processed only when a written request is received within seven (7) calendar days of the course start date and before more than 20% of the course schedule has elapsed. Once a student has accessed the EDA tool licences, downloaded paid course material, or attended more than two live sessions, the fee is non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment instrument and may be subject to a payment-gateway charge.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, slides, lab manuals, scripts, design files, and assessments, is the intellectual property of ChipXpert or its licensors. You may use this content only for your personal learning. Any copying, redistribution, public sharing, recording, sub-licensing, or use of ChipXpert materials to train another model or institute is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and immediate termination of access without refund.

6. Use of EDA Tools & Third-Party Software

ChipXpert provides access to industry-standard EDA tools (Cadence, Synopsys, Siemens EDA, Xilinx, etc.) under educational licences obtained from the respective vendors. Use of these tools is subject to each vendor's end-user licence agreement. You agree not to attempt to copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or use these tools for any commercial purpose. Misuse of EDA licences may result in immediate disabling of your account and reporting to the licensor.

7. Placement, Internship & Career Support

ChipXpert offers placement assistance, mock interviews, internship opportunities, and resume support to eligible students. Placement assistance is a best-effort service and is not a guarantee of employment. Eligibility, attendance criteria, project completion requirements, and minimum assessment scores apply and are described in your enrolment letter.

8. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct in classrooms, labs, online sessions, and student communication channels (WhatsApp, email, forums). Harassment, plagiarism, sharing of paid material with non-students, or disruption of sessions may result in disciplinary action including suspension or termination of enrolment without refund.

9. Privacy & Data
